Vertigo
Vertigo is the false feeling of spinning even when you are not moving at all. Subjective vertigo is when you feel like you are moving. Objective vertigo is when it feels like your surroundings are moving. There are many conditions that may cause vertigo. It is often associated with a misaligned vertebra in the upper cervical spine. The top two bones, atlas and axis are prone to misalignment due to its mobility and position. Trauma caused by whiplash, contact sports, car accidents, or a fall can have an impact in your cervical spine. At Demuth Spinal Care & Concussion Center we provide a gentle and specific approach to correct your spine and recommend specific exercises to strengthen and maintain your spinal health.
