Frequently asked questions.
+ How do I get started?
It's easy as 1,2,3!
Step 1: Call or make an appointment in our online booking site.
Step 2: You will receive a welcome email to set up your account and fill out the initial intake form.
Step 3: Complete the forms 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please upload any medical records that may pertain to your health concerns in to your account.
+ What does my first chiropractic visit look like?
The first visit will be a 90 min visit. This includes a consultation, comprehensive examination along with postural evaluation, X-rays, cognitive testing, neck smart testing including neck range of motion, proprioception, muscle movement control and baseline testing for concussion.
+ What does my second chiropractic visit look like?
The second visit is the discovery day where we will present your exam findings and you will receive your first spinal correction and a specific treatment plan to reach your goals. The treatment plan will include chiropractic care and rehabilitation therapies.
+ Why is Measuring Cognitive Health Important?
We all have a subjective idea of how our brains are doing—some days we feel “off” or have “brain fog,” while other days we feel like we can take on the world. But how much better are we on the good days? Are lifestyle or health changes making a difference? That’s where cognitive assessment comes in. By putting a number to these subjective feelings, we can discover what is causing the good days in order to have more of them. When your brain is performing, every activity in your daily life will be easier, from remembering where you parked your car to doing your taxes.
+ How many times do I need to come in for chirorpactic care?
This will be decided based on your medical history, comprehensive examination and X-ray findings. A treatment plan will be recommended to you at your second visit or Discovery day. We are a results driven clinic and we are committed to providing top notch care to achieve your goals. Bring a loved one to the discovery day. He/She will be your biggest advocate in your health care journey.
+ How much will my total treatment plan cost for chiropractice care?
On the second visit we will discuss the personalized treatment plan and the costs associated with the recommended treatment plan. Please call the office for details.
+ What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is expected in full at time of service. We do offer payment plans. Please speak to our front desk staff for more information.
+ Do you accept insurance?
We do not take insurance as it limits the technologies & services we proivde for you as the care plan will be dictated by your individual insurance companies. We believe in providing top notch care to reach your goals and being in network would be a barrier. However we can provide you with codes necessary to submit to your insurance(super bill) and you will be reimbursed based on your insurance type and coverage. We cannot guarantee what will be covered by your insurance.
+ Do you accept HSA?
Yes, we do.
