FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

+ How do I get started?

It's easy as 1,2,3!

Step 1: Call or make an appointment in our online booking site.

Step 2: You will receive a welcome email to set up your account and fill out the initial intake form.

Step 3: Complete the forms 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please upload any medical records that may pertain to your health concerns in to your account.

+ What does my first chiropractic visit look like?

Your first visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one appointment designed to fully understand your health concerns and how your nervous system is functioning.

This visit includes:

A detailed consultation to review your health history, symptoms, and goals, A comprehensive neurological and postural examination including baseline testing and X-rays.

This thorough approach allows us to gather objective information so we can identify the root cause of your symptoms and determine the most appropriate next steps.

+ What does my second chiropractic visit look like?

Your second visit is your Report of Findings & Discovery Day.

During this visit, we will:Review your exam and imaging findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Explain how your spine and nervous system are impacting your health. Perform your first precise spinal correction and take post-correction X-rays to confirm the correction. You will also receive a personalized care plan tailored to your goals. This visit is focused on clarity, confidence, and creating a clear roadmap for your care so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

+ Why is Measuring Cognitive Health Important?

We all have a subjective idea of how our brains are doing—some days we feel “off” or have “brain fog,” while other days we feel like we can take on the world. But how much better are we on the good days? Are lifestyle or health changes making a difference? That’s where cognitive assessment comes in. By putting a number to these subjective feelings, we can discover what is causing the good days in order to have more of them. When your brain is performing, every activity in your daily life will be easier, from remembering where you parked your car to doing your taxes.

+ How many times do I need to come in for chirorpactic care?

The frequency of care is personalized and based on your medical history, comprehensive examination, and X-ray findings. At your second visit — your Discovery Day, we will review your results and recommend a care plan designed specifically to support your goals and long-term results. We are a results-driven clinic committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care with purpose and precision, not guesswork. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring a loved one to your Discovery Day. Having someone you trust present can be incredibly supportive and helps ensure you feel confident and informed as you begin your care journey.

+ How much will my total treatment plan cost for chiropractice care?

Because every patient’s needs are unique, the total cost of care varies based on your individual condition, goals, and recommended treatment plan. During your first visit, we will clearly discuss all associated costs before any care begins.

If you have questions prior to your visit, our team is always happy to help. Please feel free to call the office for additional details.

+ What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is expected in full at time of service.

+ Do you accept insurance?

We do not participate directly with insurance companies. This allows us to provide the highest level of care without limitations on the technologies, services, or time needed to support your individual goals.Insurance plans often dictate care based on coverage rather than clinical need. By remaining out-of-network, we are able to create personalized care plans based on what you need, not what an insurance company allows. For your convenience, we are happy to provide a superbill with the necessary codes so you may submit claims directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual plan and coverage, and we cannot guarantee what your insurance will cover.

+ Do you accept HSA?

Yes, we do.
