Madeline Antoine, Patient Care Coordinator
Madeline Antoine is the Patient Care Coordinator at Demuth Spinal Care & Concussion Center, where she is passionate about creating a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment for every patient. Her journey with DSCCC began as a patient navigating TMJ dysfunction, giving her firsthand insight into the impact of compassionate, personalized care. That experience inspired her to join the team and support others in their healing journeys.
In her role, Madeline manages scheduling, coordinates treatment plans, and serves as a key point of contact for patients—ensuring each experience is smooth, informed, and rooted in care. She brings a background in event coordination and childcare, where she developed strong organizational skills, adaptability, emotional awareness,
and a people-centered approach. These experiences shaped her ability to hold space for others, manage details with ease, and support individuals through both everyday and complex moments.
Madeline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2019, and she continues to be energized by meaningful interactions, thoughtful service, and helping others feel genuinely supported. She’s especially drawn to DSCCC’s holistic, collaborative approach to care, and finds fulfillment in being part of a team that truly prioritizes patients’ well-being.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, reading, listening to podcasts, thrifting vintage clothing,
adding to her vinyl collection, going to her family’s cabin and spending time in nature—all ways she stays grounded and connected
to what matters most.
