Kimberly Goenner, Office Manager

Kimberly serves as the Office Manager and a highly experienced Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic assistant at Demuth Spinal Care & Concussion Center, bringing over
11 years of expertise in patient care and clinic operations. She is deeply committed to serving her community and plays a key role in ensuring that each patient’s experience at Demuth Spinal Care is smooth, supportive, and centered on whole-person wellness.

In her role, Kimberly oversees the clinic’s day-to-day operations—managing workflow efficiency, facilitating team communication, and addressing escalated concerns related
to scheduling, billing, or patient care with professionalism and care. Her leadership ensures that both the front and back office function in alignment with the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Kimberly also assists many of Demuth Spinal Care’s marketing and outreach initiatives, helping to expand the clinic’s presence and build lasting relationships in the community.
She manages local events, health expos, and hiring opportunities—including the recruitment of upper cervical chiropractors—and supports both in-person and digital engagement. From planning events to contributing to social media strategy and content, Kimberly plays an essential role in communicating the clinic’s values and vision to the broader public.

She partners closely with Dr. Demuth to support clinic growth, systems development, and innovation. Kimberly contributes to team performance
and culture by assisting organizing team-building initiatives, and helping foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys boating, traveling up north, and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.
