Dr. Amanthi Demuth is the founder of Demuth Spinal Care & Concussion Center, an upper cervical chiropractic and concussion care clinic in Sartell, Minnesota. She is also the author of Game Changer – The Secrets to Living Your Best Life After a Concussion and a proud graduate of Harvard Medical School’s Safety, Quality, Informatics & Leadership (SQIL) postgraduate program.
Originally from Colombo, Sri Lanka, Dr. Demuth moved to the U.S. with two suitcases and a heart full of dreams. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University and her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College, where she was awarded the Vogt Leadership Society Scholarship and served in several leadership roles, including Vice President of the Student American Chiropractic Association.
With advanced certifications in Functional Medicine, Prenatal & Postnatal Webster Technique, and ongoing studies in Traumatic Brain Injury through the Carrick Institute, Dr. Demuth combines precision-based diagnostics with compassionate, whole-person care.
Her Harvard SQIL training has further strengthened her ability to lead with clarity and create data-driven systems that improve care outcomes.
She has worked with thousands of patients from professional athletes to active moms, dads and post-concussion teens offering personalized healing programs.

Dr. Demuth is also a passionate entrepreneur and community leader, an active member of the Sartell Chamber of Commerce and a collaborator with local physicians, therapists, and athletic organizations.
When she's not in the clinic, you’ll find her outdoors with her husband and toddler, hosting wellness workshops, or mentoring other providers on integrating high-quality care with heart.
